SINGHARE KE PAKODE(WATER CHESTNUT FLOUR PAKODE)




Preparation Time-30 minute
Ingredients :

Singhare ka aata(waterchestnut flour)-1 1/2 cup
3 Potato finally Grated
Green chilly paste-1 tbsp
Fennel seeds-1/2 tbsp
Rock salt (sendha namak)
Fresh coriander leaves
Oil for frying
Method:

  • Take a bowl add a flour,green chilly paste and grated potato make a smooth better by adding little bit water(shown as image).
  • Keep aside a mixture for 5 minute.
  • Add fennel seeds,salt to taste and fresh coriander leaves and mix it properly.
  • Take a pan heat oil for deep frying on high flame once oil is heat low a flame then take small portion of mixture in hand and gently dropped 3-4 small fritters into the oil deep fry until it turn on golden brown.
  • Take them out and placed on paper towel to drain excess oil.
  • Pakode is ready for hot serve with coconut chutney.
