INSTANT RAVA IDLI




preparation time - 30 minute

Ingredians:

Semolina(rava)- 2 cup
Curd(dahi)      -1 cup
Water-1/2 cup
Cooking Oil
Red chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder-1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
For Tadka:
Mustard Seeds-1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Cooking oil
Method:
.Take a big ball and mix a semolina and curd into it and stir it for 5 minute and adding water mix it properly.
.After that adding a red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder and leave it for 10 minute.
In meanwhile boil 2 glasses water in a steamer or greased a idli plate.
.After 10 minute add a eno or baking soda stir it for 10 second.
.Pour the better into greased plate immediate after adding a soda.
.Cook it for 15 minute in medium flame,after a 15 minute turn off flame and remove idli from plate.
.Rava idli is ready for frying
.Take a pan adding a 2 teaspoon oil in it and heat oil and add mustard seed, curry leave and fry idli both side in low flame.
Ready to serve with coconut chutney.
