Preparation time-20 minute
Ingredients:
Sabudana(sago)-2 cup
1 Potato chopped
4 Green chilly chopped
Peanuts -1/2 cup
Cumin seeds-1/2 tbsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Curry leaves-3 to 4
Rock salt(sendha namak) to taste
lemon -1/2
Method:
- Take a bowl add a sabudana wash it 2 -3 time drain all water sock it overnight.
- Take a pan heat oil in high flame add a cumin seeds stir it for 2 second add a curry leaves.
- After add a chopped potato,green chilly,peanuts and fry it for 2 to 3 minute in medium flame.
- Add a salt stir it now add socked sago and mix well, cover with a led cook for 5 in low flame.
- After 5 minute add lemon i it and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
