POTATO NUGGETS




Easy to make 
Preparation time -30 minute
Ingredients:
2 boiled Potato
2 Bread (grind ed in a mixer)
Corn Flour -2 teaspoon
Cheese
3 Green chilly paste
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste -1 teaspoon
Method:
.Take a big bowl and mix mashed and boiled potato,1 bread crumbs,corn flour,ginger garlic paste,cheese,green chilly paste,salt to taste mix well.
.Cover the mixture and put it in refrigerator for 1 hour.
.After 1 hour mixture become little hard
.Now take small size ball and using greased hand and making roll in mixture (about 1/2 "long) and give shape of nuggets.
.To make corn flour slurry mix 2 tbsp corn flour with 1/4 cup water.
.Now we will roll nuggets in corn flour slurry and then bread crumbs and coat roll in bread crumbs.
.Now set a coated nuggets in refrigerator for 10 minute.
.Then heat oil in pan and deep frying all nuggets in medium flame carefully.
potato nuggets ready for serve with red chapati.
