DOSA

Preparation time-20 minute

Ingredients:
Rice-1/2 kg
Urad dal-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Water
Oil
Method:
  • Take a big bowl add dal and rice wash them 2 to 3 time, soak it overnight.
  • Drain the water and grind a mixture in a grinding jar using a water and make a smooth  batter.Grind all mixture 2 or 3 batch depend on the size of jar.
  • Pour the batter in the bowl and add a little bit salt in it.
  • Now heat dosa pan and brush a oil over it if the pan really hot splash little water on it and immediately pour batter in it and spread it on circular motion.
  • Cover it lid and cook it for 5 minute in low flame if it become a crispy and brown,place a portion of potato masala on dosa and turn on it.
  • Serve it hot with chutney and sambhar.
