DAL PALAK(SPINACH DAL)








Preparation time-30 minute
Ingredients:
Tor Dal -2 cup
Spinach-1 cup
Oil-4 teaspoon
water-4 cup
1 Onion chopped
2 tomato chopped
3 Garlic 
1 Bay Leaf
1 Cinnamon
Cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds -1/2 teaspoon
curry leaves
Red chilly 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Sambhar masala 1 teaspoon
Method:
.Take tor dal and spinach wash them good and add 4 cup water in it cook for 10 minute in cooker.
.Heat oil in pan add bay leaf,cinnamon,cumin seed,mustard seed fry it 2 second then add chopped onion fry it for 2 minute.
.Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt with chopped tomato cook it for 3 minute in low flame.
.Add boiled dal and stir it cook for 15 minute,add Everest sambhar masala on it turn off flame.leave it 5 minute aside.
.Dal palak ready to serve with rice and chapati.
