CAULIFLOWER CURRY (ALOO GOBI MASAL)



Preparation time -30 minute

Ingredients;
Cauliflower-3 cup (half of medium size flower)
2 Potato chopped
1 Onion  chopped
1 Tomato chopped
Green peas(matar)-1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Red chilly powder-1 tbsp
turmeric powder -1/4 tbsp
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Garam masala-1/2 tbsp
salt to taste
Method:

  • Cut the cauliflower into bite side florets.

  • Take a pan heat 2 tbsp oil add chopped onion fry it for 2 minute.

  • then add ginger garlic paste stir it cook for 1 minute in low flame till lightly golden..

  • Add green peas cook for a minute in medium flame.
  • Add a chopped tomato,red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt,garam masala,mix it well cook for a 5 minute in low flame.
  • Add a chopped potato,cauliflower mix it well,cover and cook it for 10 to 15 minute in low flame till the cauliflower cooked.Garnished with coriander leaves.
  • Cauliflower recipe to ready to serve hot with rice and chapati.
