JACK FRUIT CURRY(KATHAL KI SABJI)


Prepration time -30 minute


Ingredients:
Raw jack fruit(kathal) small cubes-2 cup
2 Onion medium size(chopped)
2 Tomato(chopped)
2 Bay leaf(tejpatta) 
1 Cinnamon(dalchini)
Oil-5 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder(haldi)-1/4 tbsp
Coriander powder(dhaniya)-1 tbsp
Garam masala-1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
.Take a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and fry raw jack fruit cubes in medium flame for 10 minute keep aside.
.Take another pan add 2 tbsp oil heat it add bay leaf,cinnamon stick saute on medium flame for a second.
.Add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste fry it for 5 minute in medium flame.
.Add chopped tomato,red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt ,garam masala mix it well and cook for 5 minute in low flame.
.Add fry jack fruit cook it for 5 minute then add 2 cup water in it.bring to a boil and simmer till the vegetable cooked through.
.Jack fruit curry is ready to hot serve ,garnished with coriander leaves.
