HEALTHY RAVA UPMA






Preparation time -20 minute
Ingredients:
Semolina/Suji-2 cup
Water-3 cup
3 Green chilly finally chopped
1 Potato finally chopped
1 Onion finally chopped
Green peas
Black mustard seeds-1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves- 4 leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Method:
.Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan and adding a black mustard seeds,curry leaves in it,after than add a chopped onion,potato,green chilly,green peas,and fry it for 5 minute.
.Add salt and semolina roast it for 5 minute after adding water and stir it for 2 minute to avoid a lumps. 
.Cover it on lid and cook on low flame till mixture turn thick.
.Turn off flame and garnish with a fresh coriander leaves.
.Ready to serve on serving plate hot and tasty rava upma.
