KANDE POHA RECIPE




Ingredients:
Thick Poha (Rice Flakes)- 2 cup
1 Onion finally chopped
4 green chilly finally chopped
1 Potato finally chopped
Green peas or peanuts
5 curry leaves
1/2 lemon
fennel seeds(snouf)-1/2 teaspoon
salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
coriander leaves
Method:
.Take a big boll and wash a poha with water and drain a excess water keep aside
.Heat a 2 teaspoon oil in a pan.Add a fennel seed when they start to splutter add curry leaves,chopped .onion,green chilly,potato,green peas and fry it for 3 to 5 minute.
.Add turmeric powder,salt and little bit sugar mix well 2 second.
.Add soaked poha and mix well.
.Cook it for 5 minute in low flame add lemon juice,coriander leaves then turn off flame.
.Kande poha ready to serve.
